We provide our services not only to individual creative Clients and printers, but also to leading producers of printing equipment. Thanks to in-depth knowledge of many aspects of machines, we are able to serve companies not only in terms of support and service, but also to write special colour profiles, conduct demonstrations of maximum machine capabilities or perform demo prints. We also deal with educational activities in various shapes.

demo prints and swatch books

The implementation of demonstration prints presenting the capabilities of the machine requires knowledge of many issues, not only technical ones. For example, printing portrait photographs is done in a completely different way than simulating spot colors in the packaging industry, even when they are performed on the same machine. In this part of work we use technical knowledge in the area of colour, screening, image processing in RIP and the specificity of given machines.
We also make swatch books with additional support in their design, to show the advantages of machines.


dedicated ICC profiles / DevLink

Depending on the set colour policy and the specificity of orders, each colour profile passes the path of special settings at the stage of its creation and subsequent editing. In addition, if the printing house workflow is based on DeviceLink profiles, they contain a number of additional data that often facilitate the work of operators.
We carry out all tasks related to the establishment, implementation and verification of colour management rules both in the Client’s printing house and in the showroom of machine manufacturers.


machine demo (technical)

Machine presentation is a definitely technical situation. Using the knowledge of the specificity of client’s work, file analysis and the needs of the final Customer, we are able to support the sales part by focusing on technical aspects.
We also offer pre-sale technical support in the form of customer’s needs analysis and assistance to a sales representative in the preparation of an offer adapted to the presented requirements.

colour care

We support the Customer not only in terms of improving individual devices, but also in creating a coherent technological whole in a diverse machine park. In addition to the colour configuration of the supported machine, at the request of the service or Customer, we can extend the scope of support to creating uniform rules of colour work, production team training and analysis of the existing state (audit).


trainings

Our main domain is colour and everything related to the creation and maintenance of an appropriate work culture in it’s area. We provide technical training for support and service departments related to calibration, verification of machine skills, colour principles, the use of measuring instruments and the full use of software potential.
We also conduct trainings for sales departments, thanks to which colour or special functions of the machines will be presented in a completely new light. Everything is transparent and understandable to increase your competitive advantage.


conferences and events

Larger meetings with clients in the form of periodically organized events often contain more substantive parts. Thanks to the extensive knowledge of the industry and the producers offer, we support such events by creating unique presentations focused on customer-defined goals. They can take form of demonstrations, workshops and discussions at various levels of knowledge. Classes are conducted in Polish and English.
