In eM we can write a custom ICC profile, design a screen and give it to the platesetter, calculate the colour and brightness of the multi-tone ink on a specific paper. We manage the colour between machines, improve the production process and implement HP Indigo technology (from choice to configuration and crew training).

trainings

We provide training within the company for teams responsible for pre-press, colour management, operators, as well as quality control and customer service departments. Individual team members may also enroll to open trainings in preparation for printing, colour in printing processes and practical work.

representation of the printing house

We provide services in the field of dispute resolution, both with the service and the manufacturer. We ensure our clients with substantive and technical assistance in complex situations that require detailed analysis and we propose solutions in line with the Client’s strategic goals.

the optimization of ink consumption

Optimization of the ink, paint and toner consumption, depending on the specific needs of the printing house resulting from the absorbency of the paper, its transparency or further finishing processes. The work is carried out without affecting the quality of the final image.

colour audit

Familiarization and verification of all the colour processes of the printing house: from the established rules, through the settings of the digital workflow of each machine, to the type of customer orders and their expectations.

developing a colour policy

To facilitate communication in the company and with clients, we create and describe the rules of keeping files inside the printing house based on the type of production, machinery and customer expectations.

colour management

Development of colour profiles that define the maximum gamut for set of paper – ink – printing machine and their use in accordance with the implemented rules of colour policy. Each profile is further edited based on the individual requirements of the printing house.

technology consultations

Selection and configuration of printing equipment for the implementation of the objectives set and error detection through analysis of defective printouts. We support printing houses with subsequent investments via testing equipment and advising on its selection.

We have participated in the creation of technology for numerous EU projects, each of which has become a beneficiary thanks to our solutions. In 2018, we contributed 12 million PLN of subsidies for Polish printers.
